The GLV-2000 is capable of operating around the clock, as it is equipped with video surveillance cameras and night vision cameras. The devices interface is entirely in Russian. It comes with a certificate of airworthiness from the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (ROSAVIA), TR CU, and RMRS certificates. It can take off and land in confined spaces, including on seagoing vessels, in both manual and automatic modes. If a signal is lost, it automatically returns to the takeoff point.

The GLV-2000 is supplied in a special marine container with an operator workstation capable of operating autonomously or connected to external communications sources. The container includes a repair area where maintenance and replacement of all components can be performed during operation. It has a maximum speed of up to 90 km/h, a range of up to 320 km, and a wingspan of 2.9 meters. The warranty period is 36 months.
