Greenline Engineering Department has developed a floating Arctic hose loading station installed on a floating ice-resistant pontoon. The station is fully assembled from domestic components and equipped with Greenline Hoses ® hoses manufactured at a plant in St. Petersburg by order of Greenline. The station is capable of operating in ice at temperatures of minus 50 degrees in the open sea and is used to connect existing Single Point Moorings (SPM) and Arctic-class tankers. The Arctic floating station uses reels with different hose diameters, which allows it to load with different diameters of connection systems both on the bow and side of the vessel. Simultaneous loading from two hose lines is also possible. All components of the station are manufactured in Russia and have RMRS certification.
