In connection with recent events at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) Marine Terminal, where on November 29, 2025, the VPU-2 single point mooring unit was seriously damaged as a result of a targeted attack by unmanned boats, Greenline has begun working on the issue of delivering a storage buoy of its own production to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the terminal.

According to CPC, emergency protection systems were activated at the time of the incident, allowing the pipelines to be quickly shut down and preventing oil from spilling into the Black Sea. There were no injuries among personnel. Environmental monitoring is underway at the terminal, and work is being carried out in accordance with established safety measures.
The damaged VPU-2 is no longer operational, requiring a prompt solution to establish temporary infrastructure. Greenline considered the possibility of providing a storage buoy of its own production, which could be used to support the terminals technological processes during the restoration period.
The Caspian Pipeline Consortium is a key route for oil exports from Kazakhstan and Russia, and its uninterrupted operation directly impacts energy stability and international logistics. Greenline will continue to collaborate with CPC representatives to ensure prompt and safe delivery.
