Key Account Manager

What you will be doing:

As a member of our Surveying and Robotics team, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our key clients and internal teams. Your main focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the continued engagement of our existing clients.

You will work with our clients to understand their needs and expectations, offering problem-solving solutions and collaborating with them on any issues that may arise during their projects.

You will be responsible for keeping our clients informed about the latest developments in Green Line Technology and how our newest equipment can positively impact their operations. Additionally, you will build strong internal relationships by maintaining regular communication with our workshops and technical support teams to ensure product delivery and ongoing maintenance for our clients.

Gathering market and competitive intelligence is another key aspect of this role, helping to identify emerging market trends and new opportunities for the Group’s products and services.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• Previous experience in a similar role with in-depth knowledge of the oil refining industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to thrive in a customer- and service-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage the full client relationship cycle, from initial outreach to order closure and ongoing relationship management.
