Client Relations Manager

What you will be doing:

Working as part of our Hong Kong office team, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our key clients and internal teams. Your main focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring continued engagement with our existing clients.

You will work with our clients to understand their needs and expectations, offering problem-solving solutions and collaborating with them on any issues that may arise during their projects.

You will be responsible for keeping our clients informed about the latest developments in Green Line Technology and how our newest equipment can positively impact their operations. Additionally, you will build strong internal relationships by maintaining regular communication with our workshops and technical support teams to ensure product delivery and ongoing maintenance for our clients.

Gathering market and competitive intelligence is another key aspect of this role, helping to identify emerging market trends and new opportunities for the Group’s products and services.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• Experience as a specialist in offshore drilling platforms and a desire to transition into a client-focused role, or
• Previous experience in a similar position with deep knowledge of offshore platform construction and subsea infrastructure
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a client- and service-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage the full client relationship cycle, from initial outreach to order closure and ongoing relationship management.
